Local Traders Registration for Stalls

Reddfest 2024 Stall Trader Application Saturday July 13th . 12midday - 4pm

If you would like to participate in Reddfest 2024 as a trading stall holder, please complete the following form. This information helps us ensure good communication and organisation, and lots of positive publicity!

The deadline for form submission is WEDNESDAY JULY 3rd at 11pm.


If we can accomodate you, you will be by Friday July 5th.


We will request from you a non-refundable site fee of £20, the deadline for payment being MONDAY JULY 8th at 11pm.

Are you bringing your own gazebo / cover, and display tables? (pls note max pitch size is 3m x 3m unless otherwise agreed)
Do you have public liability insurance to cover this event?
Do you have any other licences and certificates in place for this event (eg alcohol, food hygiene)? If so please give details below.
